Synopsis: When the going gets tough...

However well we plan, problems do occur. They must be resolved; otherwise they may grow out of proportion and affect everything else, making our time planning ineffective, diverting us from our objectives and causing stress.

In this module you'll be looking at ways of dealing effectively with problems in general. We will not be looking at ways of tackling specific problems but we will aim to develop some basic guidelines or tactics for you to apply so that you improve your problem solving skills.
